1. Our Services

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By accessing or using the Services, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• All registration information you provide will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Legal Terms and you agree to abide by them.
• You are not considered a minor in your jurisdiction of residence.

By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per user, household, or order. These limitations may apply to orders placed under the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. Additionally, we may restrict or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or dealers.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may only use the Services for their intended purpose, as authorized by us. Use of the Services for any unauthorized commercial activities or purposes is strictly prohibited.

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Deceive, defraud, or mislead us or other users, particularly to obtain sensitive account information such as passwords.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services, including those restricting content use or access.

• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another individual.
• Misuse our support services or submit false reports of misconduct or abuse.

• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions or security features of the Services.
• Copy, modify, or adapt the Services’ code or software components, including HTML, JavaScript, PHP, or Flash.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software related to the Services, except where permitted by law.
• Use unauthorized automated tools, such as spiders, scrapers, or cheat utilities, to access the Services.
• Use purchasing agents to make transactions on your behalf without our permission.
• Collect user data such as emails or usernames for unsolicited communications or fraudulent account creation.
• Exploit the Services or their content to compete with us or for any revenue-generating activity.
• Advertise or promote goods or services through the Services without authorization.

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Services may allow you to submit content such as text, images, audio, video, comments, suggestions, or other materials ("Contributions") through features like chats, blogs, forums, or similar. These Contributions may be visible to other users or published on third-party sites, and by default, are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

By submitting Contributions, you confirm that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share your Contributions, including any third-party content, and to allow us and other users to use them as intended by the Services.
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable person featured in your Contributions, allowing their name or likeness to be used.

• Your Contributions are not false, misleading, offensive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable as deemed by us.
• Your Contributions are not unlawful, do not promote illegal activity, and do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Your Contributions do not contain or promote spam, unauthorized advertising, phishing, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Your Contributions do not contain harmful or discriminatory remarks related to race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
• Your Contributions do not violate anyone’s privacy, publicity rights, or laws protecting minors.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting or sharing your Contributions through the Services — including linking social media accounts — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable license to use your Contributions in any way we see fit. This includes, but is not limited to: hosting, copying, distributing, publicly displaying, broadcasting, modifying, translating, creating derivative works, sublicensing, or using them for commercial or advertising purposes, across any media or format, now known or developed in the future.

This license also allows us to use your name, company name, franchise name, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and any personal or commercial images you provide. You waive any moral rights related to your Contributions and confirm that such rights have not been asserted elsewhere.

To be clear, you still retain full ownership of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights they include. We do not claim ownership over your content. However, you are solely responsible for your Contributions, and you agree not to hold us liable for any part of them or take legal action against us in relation to them.

We reserve the right — at our sole discretion — to edit, re-categorize, pre-screen, or delete Contributions at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor Contributions.

9. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide areas on the Services where users can leave reviews or ratings. If you choose to post a review, you agree to follow these guidelines:

• You must have direct, firsthand experience with the person or entity you are reviewing.
• Your review must not contain offensive, profane, abusive, racist, or hateful language.
• Your review must not include discriminatory remarks related to religion, race, gender, nationality, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Your review must not reference or encourage illegal activity.
• If you are affiliated with a competitor, you may not post a negative review.
• Your review must not make legal conclusions about anyone’s conduct.
• You must not post false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• You must not organize or participate in review campaigns, whether to promote or defame.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any reviews at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to screen or remove reviews, even if others find them inaccurate or offensive.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the users who post them and do not represent our views or those of our partners or affiliates. We are not liable for any content in a review or for any consequences arising from them.

By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, assignable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, perform, and distribute the content of your review in any format or media.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA

As part of the Services, you may link your account with third-party accounts (each a “Third-Party Account”) through either:

• Providing your Third-Party Account login information to us, or
• Authorizing us to access your Third-Party Account in accordance with its terms of use.

By linking a Third-Party Account, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that doing so does not violate any applicable terms. You also agree that this action does not obligate us to pay any fees or subject us to any restrictions imposed by the third-party provider.

Once linked, we may access, store, and make available certain content from your Third-Party Account (“Social Network Content”) on or through your Services account. This may include friend lists and other publicly available or authorized information, depending on your privacy settings on those platforms. We may also receive updates or send information back to the Third-Party Account, as permitted.

Note that if the linked Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or access is revoked, any related content may no longer be accessible through our Services.

You may disconnect your Third-Party Account from our Services at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon disconnection, we will attempt to delete any information obtained from the Third-Party Account, excluding your username and profile picture associated with your account.

Important: Your relationship with any Third-Party Account provider is governed solely by your agreement with them. We are not responsible for reviewing or verifying any Social Network Content and disclaim all liability related to it, including issues of accuracy, legality, or intellectual property rights.

By linking a Third-Party Account, you authorize us to access your device’s contacts or email address book solely to identify and notify you of users who also use our Services. This access can be disabled at any time.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites ("Third-Party Websites") or display content such as articles, photographs, text, graphics, designs, music, sound, videos, applications, software, and other materials originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content").

We do not investigate, monitor, or review Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or any other policies of Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. The inclusion of links to or access to Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content does not imply our endorsement or approval of such websites or content.

If you decide to leave our Services to access Third-Party Websites or use/install Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk. Upon leaving the Services, these Legal Terms no longer apply. We recommend reviewing the terms, privacy policies, and data practices of any Third-Party Websites or applications before engaging with them.

Any purchases made on Third-Party Websites are conducted with the third-party provider, not us. We are not responsible for any purchases, transactions, or dealings that take place on Third-Party Websites. All transactions are exclusively between you and the third-party provider.

You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse or guarantee the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites. We shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from purchases or interactions with Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content.

12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor the Services for compliance with these Legal Terms;
• Take appropriate legal action against individuals who, in our sole discretion, violate these Legal Terms or the law, including reporting such violations to law enforcement authorities;
• Refuse, restrict, or limit access to, or disable (where technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion;
• Remove or disable files and content that are excessively large or otherwise burden our systems, without notice or liability;
• Manage the Services in a manner that protects our rights and property while ensuring the proper functioning of the Services.

14. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

15. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may terminate your use or participation in the Services, or delete your account and any content or information you have posted at any time, without warning and at our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or any third-party name, even if acting on behalf of that third party. In addition to account termination or suspension, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive remedies.

16. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the content of the Services at any time, for any reason, and at our sole discretion, without prior notice. However, we are not obligated to update any information on the Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the continuous availability of the Services. Interruptions, delays, or errors may occur due to hardware, software, or other issues, or during maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise change the Services at any time and for any reason, without notice. You agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from your inability to access or use the Services during periods of downtime or discontinuance. Nothing in these Legal Terms obligates us to maintain or support the Services or to provide corrections, updates, or releases related to the Services.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both Myprofileinfo and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India to resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with these Legal Terms.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations

To expedite the resolution and minimize the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the "Disputes") brought by either you or us (individually, a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), the Parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for at least sixty (60) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations will commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Binding Arbitration

Any Dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise 146), in accordance with the Rules of the ICAC, which are considered part of this clause. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the language of proceedings shall be English. The substantive law governing these Legal Terms shall be the law of India.

Restrictions

The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) no Dispute shall be arbitrated on a class-action basis or utilize class action procedures; and (c) no Dispute shall be brought in a representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the informal negotiations or binding arbitration provisions: (a) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any Party’s intellectual property rights; (b) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any claim for injunctive relief. If any provision of this section is found to be illegal or unenforceable, then neither Party will elect to arbitrate the Dispute falling within that portion, and such Dispute will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction as listed for dispute resolution, with the Parties agreeing to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

19. CORRECTIONS

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including but not limited to descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

20. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS LINKED TO THE SERVICES AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY: (1) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES; (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (4) INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; (5) BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR SIMILAR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY; AND/OR (6) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES. WE DO NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES, ANY HYPERLINKED WEBSITE, OR ANY WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION FEATURED IN ADVERTISING, AND WE WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE DATE ON WHICH THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. CERTAIN U.S. STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Services; (3) a breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Legal Terms; (5) your violation of the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (6) any harmful act toward another user of the Services with whom you have connected via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate, at your expense, with our defense of such claims. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding that is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.

23. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing their performance, as well as data related to your use of the Services. While we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or that pertains to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption.

24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms, you engage in electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically—via email and through the Services—satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. AI Credits Usage

• Each AI action consumes a specified number of credits, as outlined in the feature description.
• AI Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another account.

AI Credit Validity & Expiry

• AI Credits are only valid within an active base plan period. If your base plan expires, any remaining AI Credits will become inactive until a new plan is purchased.
• Each AI credit plan may provide an additional validity period beyond your existing base plan, as specified during the purchase.

AI Content Accuracy & Responsibility
